Hi, I’m Monica —co-founder and operator of Empowered Services Inc.

I’ve spent nearly two decades working in human services, and throughout that time, I’ve witnessed the real-world challenges individuals and families face when trying to access support. From caregiving within my own family to community involvement and professional advocacy, I’ve seen the gaps—and I believe we can do better.

Empowered Services Inc was created with that mission in mind: to offer practical, respectful, and compassionate support that meets people where they’re at. I’m passionate about building something that’s not only helpful, but exciting—something that truly makes a difference in the day-to-day lives of those we serve.

I bring integrity, empathy, and a tenacious spirit to everything I do. Clients and colleagues often describe me as personable, honest, experienced, and deeply dedicated. I pride myself on developing strong professional relationships and navigating complicated systems with clarity and care. If you need support, I’ve got your back.

Outside of work, I love connecting with family and friends, building new ideas, planning ahead (always), and staying grounded in the relationships that matter most.
